COTA individual Membership is open to all people over 50 years of age. You can join us by :- .
1. Submit online by completing the form below, pressing “email”, and sending a cheque or money order payable to COTA (Tas) for the amount selected below.
2. If you wish to pay by credit card please fill in the form below and press “email”. Upon receiving your inquiry we will contact you to gather your credit card details, and process your payment.
3. Print out, complete this form and send with your cheque or money order (no cash please) to COTA (Tas), 2 St Johns Avenue, New Town 7008.
